江苏新源建筑工程有限公司原名称为南通五建新源建筑工程有限公司，公司于2001年9月从南通五建建设工程有限公司改制后分离出来，现为独立的房屋建筑工程施工总承包壹级企业。公司具有房屋建筑工程施工总承包、市政公用工程施工总承包、建筑装饰装修专业承包、金属门窗工程专业承包、钢结构工程专业承包、起重设备安装工程、混凝土预制构件专业承包等资质。
施工队伍分布上海、安徽、南京、苏州、南通、镇江、扬州、如东等地，能独立承建40层及以下，各类跨度的房屋建筑工程、高度240米及以下的构筑物、建筑面积20万平方米及以下的住宅小区或建筑群体工程的施工总承包。
公司注册资本5016万元，固定资产3000多万元，拥有大中施工设备200多台(套)，各种施工机具配套齐全。
公司各类专业技术人员309人。其中，中高级职称人员73人，二级以上项目经理50人，各职能管理人员、技术工人、特殊工种人员均持证上岗。
